           ONE ON ONE TRAINING

There is no faster or more thorough way to reach your fitness goals than spending time with an attentive and knowledgeable trainer. Here at Thrash House, we will design a program based specifically on you and your needs. And with all of our equipment being used only for your session, workouts can be performed exactly as programmed.  No distractions, no intimidation, just the perfect amount of work.

      ONE ON ONE TRAINING RATES     

 

SINGLE 60 MINUTE SESSION

$35.00

 

3 SESSIONS PER WEEK PAID MONTHLY

$300.00 = $25.00 PER SESSION

 

2 SESSIONS PER WEEK PAID MONTHLY

$240.00 = $30.00 PER SESSION

           SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

Small group strength training is the perfect lower priced option to one on one training. These sessions, which are an hour long, include warmup/mobility, strength training and mid-section work. Groups are kept small (3 people maximum) to ensure that everyone gets high quality work and guidance.
